Admission Process & Guidelines

Yuvaguru College of Arts & Science offers courses on Arts, Commerce and Computer Science in full time and part time mode.

The admissions are offered for the following courses:

Admission Procedure
  1. Admissions are conducted according to the rules and regulations of Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. The college follows a transparent, merit-based selection process. Detailed eligibility criteria and course-specific requirements are available for each program. Personalized guidance for career planning and course selection is provided.
  2. The students intend to join this esteemed Higher Educational Institution should fill-up the form in person. The prospective students must produce their original certificates while seeking the admission application.
  3. Concerned faculty from the department will scrutinize the credentials for the admission consideration. Admissions are provided purely based on merit. Once the student is awarded with selection in the desired course, registration fee should be remitted to secure a place in the course.
  4. Concerned application form should be filled with the consent from the parents. Fee structure and all the related fees information will be provided to the student and the parents.
  5. Once the student decided and would prefer to join in the course he / she is eligible for, it is necessary to submit the admission application form with a photograph and originals of the required documents and required fees. Students will be informed about the next course fee and exam fee remittance dates during their tenure in the respective semesters.
  6. Original credentials of the students will be sent to Bharathiar University for verification and approvals. The admission will be withdrawn if the credentials are found to be false.
  7. On successful verification and approvals by the University, students will be provided with the Registration Number. Students and parents will be informed about the course start date and the inauguration ceremony.
